De’Nisha is a licensed clinical social worker, corporate wellness consultant, and the Founder of CR3 Restorative Services and Solutions. With nearly two decades of experience and dual master’s degrees, she brings a deep and diverse background in mental health, trauma-informed care, and restorative practices.

Her career spans healthcare, education, nonprofit leadership, and academia—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges employees and leaders face across industries. Through CR3, she partners with companies, schools, and organizations nationwide to build workplace cultures where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
